AN international student broke down in tears yesterday when she saw the damage to her gutted inner-city home.

Aida Farhana, 20, from Malaysia, shares the rented Royal Ave house with three international students, who are abroad at present.

She was not in the house when the blaze began in the early hours yesterday and only learnt about it when she returned about 11.15am.

The second-year psychology student was overwhelmed by the damage.

Her neighbour raised the alarm about 4.30am.

Melody Cooper, 22, said she feared for the safety of her neighbours as the adjoining maisonette was engulfed in flames.

“I went out the front and saw the house was on fire,” she said.

“I called triple O then grabbed my little girl and ran outside.

“I knew there were some girls living there but I didn’t know if they were inside. I was extremely concerned for them.

“It was very scary. I thought it could spread to my home. The firemen wouldn’t let us back into our house.”

Fire-cause investigator Stephen Davies said Metropolitan Fire Service crews smashed into the house “because at that time of the day we assume that there is someone in the building”.

He said: “It appears it was an electrical fault caused by an airconditioning unit on the roof.”

Damage was estimated at $200,000.

sedang menginstall joomla dah bergodek2.. mahu bermain2 sahaja tetapi mungkin mengintegrasikan wordpress ke dalamnye jike kerajinan dan ke1337an mendatang.. sebenarnye berniat mahu membuat forum sahaja.. tetapi selepas bergoogle byk keywords dan kombinasi, terase lebih baik mengintegrasikan wp dan forum ke dalam joomla daripada mengintegrasikan forum ke dalam wp.. ntah la.. tgk la bagaimana nnt.. doakan permainan saya tidak merosakkan database.. sekian..

theme wordpress yang saye pakai skrang ni ialah kelabu by blogohblog (walaupon ianye sebenarnye kehijauan).. sebelum ni kan saye bertemakan biru, maka favicon dan feedburner saye juge berkaler biru.. maka saye mengambil keputusan untuk menukar mereka kepada kaler yang sesuai dengan tema baru blog saye.. lebih aik lagi, saye terus menggunakan tema wordpress ini untuk membuat kesemua imej2 itu.. terimalah:

since saye menggunekan imej di atas sebagai banner/signature di forum, make saye juge telah membuat avatar yang sepadan dengannye.. avatar ini boleh juge digunekan sebagai avatar di yiemu.. huhu.. silelah melihat dan mengcopy code kalo mahu menggunekan sebagai linku ke belog saye..

adeh2.. selambe saje saye membuang mase.. bukannye ape.. tgh bosan menunggu supervisor memulangkan draft tadi.. lolz.. skrang dah dpt balik draft.. perlu berusaha membetolkan segala kesilapan yang telah dilakukan.. wish me chookas..

p/s: bercadang mahu membuat userbar juge.. tapi since dh lame tak buat, trase malas.. maybe later kot.. pastu cadang nk edit tema friendster supaye menjadi spt tema belog juge.. then nk buat tema enpon juge.. baru berjumpe dengan software untuk membuat tema enpon sony ericsson di lasyk networks.. last skali plan nk buat tema deskmod juge.. tapi dah lame tak bersamurize.. kene tunggu mase yang sesuai.. huhu.. byknye plan..
